The ErgoBaby Galaxy Grey Baby Carrier's ergonomic design supports a correct sitting position for the baby's hip, pelvis and spine growth.  The Ergo Baby Cranberry Carrier disperses most of the baby's weight between the hips and thighs, which helps to eliminate compression of the spine when hanging by the crotch which most other designs require. The ERGO also balances the baby's weight to parents' hips and shoulders, and alleviates physical stress for the parent.  The Ergo Baby Cranberry Carrier is made of 14 ounce cotton canvas for maximum durability and features a 400 threads per inch cotton poplin lining and hood with 100% cotton batting in body of carrier to soften edges.  The ErgoBaby Carrier shoulder straps consist of one inch, high density foam  and there is quarter inch high density neoprene foam in waist belt complete with a high quality buckles tested by SGS.  The ErgoBaby Carrier waist belt has a circumference from 25" to 43" and fits from 5' to 6.5' body height with adjustable shoulder and chest straps.   The ErgoBaby Carrier has a sleeping hood that adjusts in length to growth of baby.  To make the ErgoBaby even more durable, it has reinforcement stitching used at all fabric intersections and interior rip-stop reinforcements at critical intersections.   The ErgoBaby features high quality black webbing and is durability/strength tested up to 90 pounds.  Machine washable, gentle cycle
