  • Defective Items[top]

    Please notify us of any defects within 30 days of delivery of your items. After that, please contact the manufacturer directly for information on what warranty may apply. We can provide additional assistance in working with the manufacturer to get your problem resolved. Superior Car Seats will follow the manufacturers recommendation when dealing with any product defects.

    Damaged Items[top]

    Please notify us immediately of any damage to items during the trip from our home to yours. We will send you a shipping label within a day to have them damaged item returned to us. Once we receive confirmation that the damaged item has shipped to us, we will send out a replacement item to you at no charge.

    Price Match Guarantee[top]

    We at Superior Car Seats always try to offer our customers the best prices possible. In the event that you find a competitor with a lower price, please let us know and we will do our best to beat the competitor's pricing. ( Price Match must be requested prior to purchase ).

    Superior Car Seats will verify the following prior to any price match:

    * Items must be exact and be in brand new condition. Returned items for sale, open-box specials, etc will not be accepted.
    * Items to be matched must be in stock and available for purchase at the time of price verification.
    * Additional charges such as handling, shipping, oversize, and any others hidden charges will be added to the price being matched.

    We reserve the right to alter this policy at any time.

    Special Orders [top]

    Bedding, Personalized Items, and other Items marked as being shipped directly from the manufacturer are considered special orders and not returnable. Since these items are not stocked and ordered especially for you, we cannot allow them to be returned for any reason. Damaged or Defective Special Orders will still be handled as outlined above. Some manufacturers have minimum order requirements. If an order fails to meet that minimum, it will be held until additional orders are placed in order to meet the requirement. Customers will be notified of any requirements once the order has been placed. Customers may fore go order minimums by paying a $9.95 surcharge.

  • Please open and inspect all items upon receipt. Any damages must be reported within 7 days.
     
  • Please enclose a copy of the original invoice stating the reason for return.
     
  • Returned products MUST be in new and unused condition and in their original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. "New and Unused" means saleable condition, not used, not dirty and not washed. We cannot issue refunds for an item with any indications that it has been used. All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our Customer Service Department.
     
  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Shipping fees will not be refunded. For your protection, you may wish to insure the package when you mail or ship it back to us. Superior Car Seats is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any returned merchandise.
     
  • Certain items will have a restocking fee deducted from the refund or credit. All items being returned must have a RAN on the mailing label.
     
  • Items returned that were offered with Free Shipping, will have the actual shipping charges deducted from the refund amount. This is in addition to the regular return policy.
     
  • For health and hygiene reasons, mattresses/pads, etc. cannot be returned once opened.
     
  • Items such as bedding which are special orders directly from the manufacturer are not returnable.
     
  • Car Seats returned without the warranty card are charged an additional $7.00.


  • To make a return at Superior Car Seats, please follow these steps:

    1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by emailing: info@superiorcarseats.com with the following:

    (1) Your first & last name
    (2) Your original order number
    (3) Item number or product name
    (4) Reason for Return.

    2. Properly package up your item(s) for safe shipping. For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service where you can track and/or insure your order to ensure proper return delivery. SuperiorCarSeats.com is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

    3. Please allow us up to 10 business days once we have received your return to process and issue your refund. All refunds will be for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping charges and other surcharges will only be refunded if your product arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective.

    SuperiorCarSeats.com offers FREE Shipping on All Orders over $150 ( Contiguous 48 US Only ). All Orders Ship via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is available, but at additional costs. Large or over-sized items, may be charged an additional shipping fee. Customer will be notified of any extra shipping charge prior to shipment of order.

    Most orders will ship the either the same business day as ordered ( If ordered by 2:00PM PST ), or the following business day. However, some orders may take up to 3 days to completely process and ship. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about your order.

    We ship to locations in the contiguous U.S. We are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses. We will cancel orders that have shipping addresses outside the contiguous U.S.

    Please provide a street address for shipping purposes, UPS will not ship to PO Boxes.

    Cancellation Policy [top]

    In the event that you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department immediately at info@superiorcarseats.com. If your order is still in processing and hasn't shipped, we'll promptly cancel the order and fully refund your credit card. You may still cancel the order after it has been shipped, but any shipping charges paid at time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount. Orders offered with Free Shipping will have the actual shipping charge deducted from the refund amount. Special Orders must be canceled prior to shipping from the manufacturer. Special Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.

    Superior Car Seats is an authorized retailer for all products offered on our site. Therefore, all products are covered by the complete manufacturer warranty. Please consult your product documentation for the warranty details and requirements.
